I recently finished up the book The Servant, by James Hunter. In it, he says the main job of the leader is to identify the legitimate needs of their people and meet those needs. Keep in mind that you do not need to have the title to be a leader. Leadership is about influence. If you're a parent, you're a leader. If you're a older sibling, you're a leader, and so on. I created this simple template as a place to jot down the needs of the people you lead.
ACTION: Use this page to identify the legitimate needs of the people under your influence in the areas of faith (ex. church, charity group, etc.), family and career. You can't meet their needs unless you know what they are! The NEEDS List Comments are closed.
